The Shake A Leg for Charles 5K Fun Run/Walk is open to males and females of all ages who are interested in racing on a flat fast course. This course is the same course that is used in the USATF sanctioned Selma Railroad Days 5K – the oldest continuous road race in Johnston County and possibly North Carolina.
