Selma, NC, March 22, 2017 –  DeWayne’s celebrates the upcoming completion of a two-year construction project of a 23,500 sq ft expansion and 9,000 sq ft renovation. The final phase is the redesign and expansion of existing space into a larger women’s clothing Boutique along with a new customer service / checkout area.   The Grand Opening is to be held during Fashion in Bloom (annual spring girls night out event) on Thurs, April 27th, 2017 from 4-8pm.

“DeWayne’s Boutique, always helpful!  Whenever I want personal service with shopping that is where I go!  I felt like pretty woman today!”  Facebook Review: Phyllis B.”

DeWayne & Tina Lee have devoted countless hours over the last 25 years into growing their roadside stand into one of Johnston County’s best known Destinations!  What began as DeWayne’s Country Garden in 1991 has transitioned through the years to become known as simply… DeWayne’s.  It is a destination for shoppers to experience the gift shop, garden center, ladies clothing boutique, menswear & Christmas Land.

The new space allows for expansion of The Boutique to incorporate more complimenting brands and product trends to the existing lines, including ladies clothing, footwear, jewelry, handbags & accessories  (Existing brands include Alex and Ani, Brighton, Jack Rogers, Dansko, Hobo, Joseph Ribkoff, Hatley, Escapada, Clara Son Woo).

The NEW customer service & checkout space will provide shoppers with a more streamlined purchase experience. Unique design layout along with custom details & painted elements are incorporated into the new spaces, continuing to provide shoppers with the DeWayne’s Experience.

The three-phase construction began in 2015 with the completion of the first phase, The Atrium, revealed in spring 2016.  The Atrium is a state of the art glass greenhouse home to seasonal blooms, houseplants, garden décor & unique outdoor accents.  Christmas Land was revealed in the fall of 2016 during the annual Christmas Open House.  Featuring over 40 themed trees with complimentary décor.  This space will reopen fall of 2017.  Don’t forget the restrooms…. new multi-stall restrooms with a splash of one-of-a kind design elements complete the visit!

DeWayne’s is family owned and operated in Selma, NC providing customers a unique shopping experience in over 40,000 sq ft of specialty retailing.  Since 1991 DeWayne has proven to be an extraordinary entrepreneur, with insight to seek out brands shoppers desire.  The diversity of featuring these brands within one location introduces customers to new opportunities!  Stopping in to pick up potting soil, they can also see what’s new in PANDORA.  Find the favorite new home fragrance in a variety of candles and see what styles are hot for summer from Costa Sunglasses!  On the way to the beach, swing by and pick up the Yeti he’s been needing and the Jack Rogers Sandals she’s had her eye on!  Exceptional Customer Service, amazing selection and an unforgettable experience.

“Phenomenal customer service!  I was looking for a very specific item.  You don’t get this kind of above the call-of-duty customer service in many places anymore.”  Facebook Review Angela B.
