Join our Beginner Yoga Classes on Thursdays in October for 45 minutes of intelligently created yoga sequences to connect with mind, body and soul. We'll practice mindful movement and deep relaxation. Classes consist of 30 minutes of beginner yoga postures followed by 15 minutes of stillness and self-guided meditation.

10/31 - Yoga & Halloween Party

We provide mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters for your comfort but feel free to bring any yoga props to support your practice! Beginner's welcome!! No yoga experience needed! Classes are "Pay What You Can" drop ins. Limited spaces available!
