Learn how to taste different cocoa profiles and match them up with the perfect wine. We will walk you through white chocolates all the way to 80% cocoa varieties. We will sample chocolates from local chocolatiers and varieties from far away places. We will sample truffles, bars, nibs, mousses & more. Then we will end the evening by making our own dessert. It will be a chocolate journey you won't want to miss!
