Southern Fried Chicken! We'll fry a whole chicken just like my Granny used to prepare for Sunday lunch. We'll also introduce you to one of our personal favorites - honey fried chicken (with local honey) and homemade honey mustard. While we're at it, we might as well make a pot of chicken pastry! This class will be held at the Farmhouse!
