Johnston County Amateur Radio Society (JARS) is holding their 37th annual JARSfest at The Farm at 95 on Saturday, Nov. 7th from 8am to 1pm. This event is open to the public. There will be vendors selling ham radio related equipment, as well as, food for sale. Also, there will be a free ham radio exam being administered by the Five County Ham Radio Enthusiasts group starting at 10:00am.
