Join us in downtown Smithfield at the Smithfield Boat Ramp on Front Street for our River Rat Regatta. The River Rat Regatta is our 2-man boat race with "river worthy" vessels (and we use the term very loosely) made using ONLY cardboard, glue, and duct tape!
