Hot Cocoa and Cookies Santa's elves at Smithfield Parks and Recreation, along with the Smithfield Police Department, will be providing free hot cocoa and cookies in four different neighborhoods on Monday, December 23rd.

Kay Drive 11:15 am - 12:15 am

Furlong Drive 2 pm - 3 pm

Kinney Drive 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
