If you want to elevate your Southern dishes, try homemade sweet pickles. We'll gather on July 9 from 10am-1pm to prepare and begin the brine and soak process. Then, each time throughout the process, I'll send you an update explaining what to do (and you are always welcome to come over and watch in person). Finally, on the day they are ready, we'll gather back at the farmhouse to process, jar them, and run them through the waterbath canner. Each participant will leave with a jar or two.
*If you wanted to make some this year, you could easily start your own batch the day of or the day after attending the first class and follow along with me throughout the process.
*Last year, I made 24 quarts! I have researched extensively and created a recipe that is amazing! The quicker methods you see online don't even compare to these! A little extra effort, but worth every minute of it!
