Bowl and Bubble will offer locally roasted coffee and Asian treats, like the Taiwanese shaved ice dessert Baobing, also known as Snow Ice. It’s owned by Sophia Woo of Raleigh’s Mofu Shoppe and local area food truck Pho Nomenal Dumplings, which won season six of Food Networks: The Great Food Truck Race. Sophia and her husband Nathan Lambdin are excited to bring other new offerings like Poke bowls and bubble tea to the area at Old North State Food Hall.
