In addition to our scratch-made biscuits baked fresh every 15 minutes, we serve a full breakfast and lunch menu featuring locally sourced products like our flour milled in Henderson, NC; eggs from western NC and southwestern VA; country ham dry-cured in Wilkesboro, NC; coffee from Concord, NC; barbecue from Greensboro, NC; catfish farm-raised in Ayden, NC; pickles from Mount Olive, NC; Cackalacky Cheerwine Sweet Sauce from Siler City, NC; and honey produced in Winston-Salem, NC.
We’re big on food from family-owned businesses and farms, not factories. In fact, we like to think we’ve created our very own restaurant category, which we call Farm to Drive-Thru.
