Eastfield Crossing Making a Difference

The investment that AdVenture Development is making in the Town of Selma, is truly a game-changer for the I-95, Exit 97 interchange. The vision of Kevin Dougherty, his team's commitment to excellence, and the relationships they are forming in the community is inspiring. The 435-acre development represents a unique combination of manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and both single and multi-family residential properties, and has taken years to reach this point.

We invite you to watch their video -- and of course, enjoy the new shops at Eastfield Crossing.
