Based out of Clayton NC, The Fired Up Pizza & BBQ Food Truck is unique in the fact that we are one of the very few food trucks featuring a professional Il Fornino wood-burning pizza oven.

All of our pizzas are cooked with North Carolina hardwoods right before your eyes on our open-air deck. Our BBQ is made using a specially formulated spice rub and sauces then slow-smoked for hours.

Catering is available for corporate functions, private parties, weddings, or other events and venues. The truck is available for fairs, festivals, sporting events, breweries, or any other good time get-together. Please contact us for rates and details.
