Just how fast is 200 miles per hour? A skydiver, cutting through the clouds, can reach speeds of up to 160mph. The AH-64 helicopter has a top cruising speed of 176mph. The TGV, France’s high-speed rail, set the world record for fastest wheeled train in 2007 for reaching 200mph. Yeah, Mad Mule has those beat!
On Saturday, March 3rd, see what speed in excess of 200mph looks like when the Mad Mule Pro Mod Shootout makes its 2018 debut at GALOT Motorsports Park in Benson.
With a top prize of $10,000 for the Pro Mod winner, Saturday’s shootout is guaranteed to showcase the rubber-burning, fuel-guzzling, white-knuckle speed GALOT’s state-of- the-art track is known for!
Show up and meet drivers Lizzy Musi, Jason Harris, Rickie Smith, Tommy Franklin, and Stevie Jackson. Every pass is a pit pass at GALOT! Other classes featured during Saturday’s Mad Mule will include 4.70 Outlaws, Door Car/Dragsters, PRO JR Dragsters, and TOP JR Dragsters.
Gates open at 9AM. The first round of qualifying will begin at 11AM. Adult admission is $20. Kids 10-and-under get in free.
