Family owned and operated since 1958, Stephenson's is on the NC Barbecue Trail and our own JoCo BBQ Trail as well. For over 60 years, Stephenson's Bar-B-Q has offered the very finest in authentic eastern North Carolina Bar-B-Q. Their Bar-B-Q is pit-cooked daily over hardwood coals representing the true old school tradition of our Johnston County barbecue cooking heritage.
