As digital experiences have become more of the norm right now, and because we know that parents and teachers are looking for entertaining ways to engage kids, we have created a JoCo Coloring Book. Illustrated by our Creative Director, Eric Dean, the book takes children on a tour of the county as they color in the pages and complete the activities.
Travel through JoCo with Gabby (named after Johnston County's namesake Gabriel Johnston) and his friend Abbie. Get to know more about the Harper House at Bentonville Battlefield or the Tobacco Farm Life Museum. The book also includes a crossword puzzle and a word search that illuminate the places, animals, crops, and events that make JoCo an interesting and unique destination.
This is only the first version of the coloring book, with more fun and learning to come. We are excited to share Johnston County in a brand new and interactive way! To download and print the coloring book click the cover below. Please feel free to take pictures of your finished coloring pages and share them with us by posting them to social with the hashtag #VisitJoCoColoringFun!
